Originally from San Diego, CA Cherise began dancing as a hobby. After joining a company at her performing arts high school and traveling to Sweden her life changed. After graduating with a degree in Dance she continued pursuing her passion and worked in contemporary dance companies, traveling internationally with cruise ships, performed in regional theaters nationwide and graced the stages in numerous productions shows in Las Vegas while exploring commercial work with artists.  While dancing, she explored Barre and Pilates and fitness. The three fused easily into her dance background and after numerous certifications she began channeling her energy into movement and healing. Each class is intended to give a experience and allow clients to heal their bodies while changing the outside aesthetics.
