'Night Tripper" is a great 2 minute bass solo. Jimi plays a very melodic bass throughout with heavy use of fuzz and whammy pedal effects. The end is superb with a lense cover photo of Jimi and John. "Future Trip" sounds a bit like a traditional Knight title, the lead guitar very much so. Jimi again supplies the bass line, once more playing with heavy fuzz effects.
The other two studio recordings "Odd Ball", "Flashing" are mixed and sound different from the versions on the various PPX releases. Although Jimi plays the bass, he does so with a much heavier tone and without the extreme use of fuzz and whammy effects. Whether any of these track have been edited, I do not know.
